There’s been a lot of talk about working with multiple stakeholders, collaboration, group facilitation, and generally, improving the way we work together among ourselves and with others.  This session will focus on questions such as:

What is the benefit of working collaboratively?
Won’t it just take longer?

How is collaboration different?
Isn’t it the same as what we do all the time?

What is a group facilitator?
How is this role different from chairperson, moderator, or team leader?
